Prices:	We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected increases from our manufacturers, our prices are subject to change without notice. We will therefore, invoice merchandise at prices prevailing at time of shipment.
Minimum Orders:	For orders less than $100.00 there is an additional $25.00 charge. Orders may be made up of assorted items except where quantity is specified.
Damage Shortage Claims:	All concealed claims loss or damage must be reported immediately to our Customer Service Department. All claims for damage and shortage via common carrier must be filed by consignee(customer) direct with carrier. When reporting damage, be sure to hold all containers and packing materials for inspection. Claims must be filed immediately.
Cancellations:	Some items may not be subject to cancellation. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further details.
Returns:	No merchandise is to be returned without authorization from LLS Wholesale Direct. Please advise invoice number and reason for return. All authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and in sellable condition to be accepted for return. All return merchandise must be shipped insured, freight prepaid. Special orders and custom sizes are not returnable.
Product Warranty:	Only such warranties made by the manufacturer are available to the buyer. Seller makes no warranty of any kind whatever. Expressed or implied merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is herby disclaimed by the seller. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss, or expense arising from the use or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.
